Save Money on your eBay Store 1 Year, 1 Month ago
If you advertise your store outside of eBay then you can get a partial credit on your final value fees.

simply add the following to your link:

QUOTE:
?refid=store

For example:

QUOTE:
http://stores.ebay.com/[your_store_name]?refid=store

Note: If there is a "?" in the URL already, use "&" before "refid=store". Otherwise, use "?" before "refid=store". Also note that the referral code may not appear in the buyer's browser after clicking on a link that included it. This is normal, and eBay is still able to track the visit for any eligible purchases.

This will show that the user came from outside eBay to your store. eBay will then credit you on your final value fees

How is the Store Referral Credit calculated?
Like the Final Value Fee, the Store Referral Credit is based on the closing value of the item sold. It is equal to 75% of eBay's standard Final Value Fee.

dont forget about the item ads

here's a tip:

SHORTER URL's

ebay will do this for almost ANY item for a nice short item link
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=xxxxxxxxxxxx

this way your links dont go on forever
