Use this topic to discuss the project, NOT for bug reports

Hi SoM,

The user feed is great , but it is showing the server time rather than the timezone my Joomla is set to (GMT UK) so all of the times showing are 6 hours out (I am hosted in the US I think). Could the code show the Joomla time instead perhaps?

Best wishes,

NuMoon

Hi SoM,

I thought I should post a list of the integrations (hack or otherwise) I would like to have/see with the user feed;

Components...

PU Arcade - (name score and position with link to the game as on your site)
PU Arcade - (Rating a game also on your site)

SIMGallery - (Uploaded photo's, Commented on photo's, Rated photo's)

MamBlog - (X made a new blog XXXXX)

jPFChat (PhP Free Chat Component) - (X joined the Chatroom)

Fireboard (X posted XXXXX in XXXXX)

GroupJive (X joined/created XXXXX Group)

CB profile things...

Ajax Sandbox - (X Streamed XXXXX Video)

Nant's Profile Gallery (Uploaded XXXXX File)

Profile Book (X commented on Y's guestbook)

Connections (I keep these private but would like the ability to perhaps just show accepted friendships)

That's about it. I don't know how many of these may be do-able I am hoping they all are . If you need access to see the codes for the components you don't use (SIMGallery is quite good by the way) we can sort that out with an FTP access or something perhaps?

It is a great little add-in and definately adds 'that little something' something to the profiles, with the addition of adding in these components (and/or others for other peeps) it will soon be a 'must have' add-on for any community driven site

Best,

NuMoon

Hi.

Looks like a great solution, so firstly thanks!

I'm tempted to buy this but would first like to know:

1) Can you provide a list of all the current components that are supported. Obviously the quality of this feed depends on its ability to show as much and varied stuff as possible, so we'd like to see a list of whats available, and possible whats coming?

2) Will the code be open source? We have techy guys who often struggle after we buy modules because improving them goes out of our hands if the code is encrypted... is this the case of will we be given access to open source code?

Thats about it for now, cheers.
