Install as module and publish to banner position

Config Size and contact Steve-O-Meter for a publisher ID. PID is given when you buy into the banner network. Special cases may get free entry into the network. Spots start at $10.

Sizes available:

  1. 468 x 60   - Banner
  2. 160 x 600 - Wide Skyscraper
  3. 728 x 90   - Leaderboard

There is a new config option for Item Ads

Simply set the number to how many times out of 10 to show Item Ads. 10 will be allways, 0 will be never.
